Important Note:
The hotel room booking tool contains text which seems to indicate that an additional tax will be charged over and above the negotiated rate. This is text that is default to the tool and cannot be modified, but is not applicable to the block for Space Wire participants. Once you have entered the system and made your booking you will see that you will be charged the indicated special rates, and that any taxes are included in that rate.

Rates are:
€140 Single Superior Room, including daily buffet breakfast and VAT
€155 Twin Superior Room, including daily buffet breakfast and VAT
NOTE: the Conference WILL NOT provide breakfast since it is included with the hotel room.
