Cancellation Policy as stated on the registration form - Notification of registration cancellation must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau by 31 July 2014. Cancellations until this date will be accepted with a refund of all prepaid fees less a 10% administration charge. Cancellations thereafter will not be eligible for refund. Any refunds will be dealt with after the Conference.

- Conference fee (Full Rate) - €650 + (€799.50 incl.VAT)
- Student fee (Full Rate) - €400 + (€492.00 incl. VAT)

Refunds of VAT for European Companies
